10 egg roll wrappers

1 cup dill pickle slices, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil for coating

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Gently fold in the chopped dill pickle slices to ensure even distribution.

      Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface, oriented like a diamond with one corner facing you.

        Place 2-3 tablespoons of the pickle mixture in the center of the wrapper.

          Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to secure the filling, sealing the top corner with a little water.

            Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.

              Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.

                Lightly spray the egg rolls with cooking spray or brush with olive oil for added crispiness.

                  Place the filled egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in batches.

                    Cook the egg rolls for 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.

                      Once done, carefully remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
