Ingredients

1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)

1 cup granulated sugar

2 cups cold water

1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes

Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

In a pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add the cold water to the pitcher and mix until well combined.

In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and a splash of the prepared lemonade. Blend until smooth.

Strain the strawberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into the lemonade, discarding the solids, and stir well to incorporate.

In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Be careful not to over-whip.

Gently fold a portion of the whipped cream into the lemonade until well combined to create a frothy texture.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the whipped pink lemonade over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.

Top each glass with the remaining whipped cream and garnish with a lemon slice and mint leaves for an elegant presentation.
