1 cup granulated sugar

4 cups cold water

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup pink grapefruit juice (for a unique twist)

In a pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
