4 large flour tortillas

1 pound ground beef

6 slices of crispy cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

1 cup shredded lettuce

½ cup diced tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Once cooked through, drain any excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.

    Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until well combined. Set aside.

      Assemble the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce. Add the cream cheese sauce and mix until evenly coated.

        Spread and Roll: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the filling mixture over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

          Roll it Up: Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly to create a log. Ensure the filling stays inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

            Slice and Serve: Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces (about 1-2 inches thick). Arrange them on a serving platter.
