Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar, packed

4 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing it to hang over the edges for easy removal.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract. Make sure each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the melted chocolate mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and dark chocolate chunks until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet). Do not overbake!

Once baked, remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before lifting them out using the parchment overhang. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack.

Cut into generous squares and serve.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: 12-16

                      - Presentation Tips: Dust the cooled brownies with powdered sugar before serving or drizzle with melted chocolate for an extra touch. Optionally, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. Enjoy your indulgence!
