Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 cup spinach leaves, chopped

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced cucumbers

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, fresh dill, salt, and pepper to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until well combined.

Lay one tortilla flat on a clean cutting board. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Sprinkle one-quarter of the spinach, roasted red peppers, shredded cheddar, and diced cucumbers evenly over the cream cheese layer.

Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly away from you, encasing the fillings. Ensure there’s no filling spilling out.

Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and fillings until everything is rolled up.

Once all tortillas are rolled, use a sharp knife to slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels.

Arrange the pinwheels on a large platter for serving.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12 pinwheels

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the pinwheels on a colorful platter, garnished with additional fresh dill or chopped parsley for added color. You can also add a small bowl of salsa or dipping sauce in the center for a festive touch.
