Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1/2 lb fresh lobster meat, cooked and chopped

1/2 lb crab meat, cooked

1/2 lb salmon fillet, skinless

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

Cook the Fettuccine: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

Prepare the Salmon: Season the salmon fillet with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of the Cajun seasoning. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Cook the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and flake it apart with a fork.

Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.

Incorporate Seafood: Add the chopped lobster and crab meat, along with the flaked salmon to the sauce. Sprinkle in the remaining Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, and mix gently to combine. If the sauce is too thick, add some reserved pasta water until you reach the desired consistency.

Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the Alfredo sauce and seafood. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish and Serve: Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
