4 large eggs

1 cup breakfast sausage, crumbled

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup milk

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Cook Tater Tots: Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the tater tots package. Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Flip halfway through cooking to ensure even crispiness.

    Prepare Sausage and Vegetables: While the tater tots are baking, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the crumbled breakfast sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Add the diced bell peppers to the skillet and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Season with salt and pepper.
