Ingredients

1 large round sourdough bread loaf

250g shrimp, peeled and deveined

250g scallops, chopped

1 cup crab meat (fresh or canned)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Carefully hollow out the sourdough bread loaf, leaving about 1 inch of bread around the sides to create a bowl. Save the removed bread for later use (like croutons or dipping).

In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and scallops to the skillet, cooking for approximately 3-4 minutes until they are opaque. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a bowl, combine the cooked seafood, crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Spoon the seafood mixture generously into the hollowed-out bread bowl.

Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and drizzle a little olive oil over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.

                    Prep Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 55 minutes | Servings: 4
