1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup strawberries, diced

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries

8 small flour tortillas

2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions
 

Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

    Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

      Add Strawberries: Fold in the diced strawberries for freshness and flavor. Set the cheesecake filling aside.
