Ingredients

2 boneless ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Steaks: Season both sides of the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper. Allow the steaks to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes to ensure even cooking.

Sear the Steaks: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a cutting board.

Make the Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds, being careful not to burn it.

Add the Cream: Pour in the heavy cream, and stir in the brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Keep stirring until the sauce begins to thicken, about 3-5 minutes. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper as necessary.

Combine and Serve: Once the sauce has thickened to your liking, slice the rested steaks and return them to the skillet, allowing them to absorb some of the sauce for a minute.

Garnish: Serve the steak slices topped with the garlic cream sauce and sprinkle fresh parsley over the top for a pop of color.

              Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 2

                - Presentation Tips: Arrange the steak slices on a platter, drizzled with sauce and garnished with chopped parsley. Serve with sides of roasted vegetables or creamy mashed potatoes for a delightful meal.
