Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package of puff pastry (2 sheets), thawed

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, and mozzarella. Stir until well blended.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture. Mix thoroughly to ensure even seasoning.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface. Cut each sheet into 3-inch squares.

Place a heaping tablespoon of the spinach and artichoke mixture in the center of each square.

Fold the corners of each square toward the center and pinch together to seal. Ensure there are no gaps for the filling to escape.

Place the filled bites on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
