Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
In a separate bowl, prepare your base by spooning 1 cup of cottage cheese into the bottom of serving bowls.
Layer the spicy buffalo chicken mixture on top of the cottage cheese evenly.
Add the diced celery and shredded carrots over the chicken.
Sprinkle chopped green onions and blue cheese crumbles (if using) on top for added flavor.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired for a pop of color.
Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, spicy goodness!
