1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cup mini marshmallows

Extra chocolate pieces and graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

      Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated, then mix in the vanilla extract.

        In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

          Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

            Fold in the graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough. Be careful not to overmix.

              Gently fold in the mini marshmallows, ensuring they are spread throughout the cookie dough.

                Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Lightly press down on each dough ball to flatten slightly.

                  Sprinkle extra chocolate pieces and graham cracker crumbs on top of each cookie for an added s'mores touch.

                    Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are soft.

                      Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
