Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 cup ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette (for serving)

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and diced red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent and the peppers are tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined, then simmer for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Reduce heat to low and add the softened cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until it’s completely melted and integrated into the mixture.

Once creamy, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, stirring until everything is well combined and the cheese is melted.

Remove from heat and transfer the dip into a serving bowl.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

                Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 6-8

                  - Serving Suggestions: Serve warm with tortilla chips or slices of baguette for dipping. You may also serve it in mini bread bowls for a fun twist!
