Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, crumbled feta, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. You can use your hands for better mixing.
Wet your hands slightly and form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on the baking sheet.
Drizzle the olive oil over the meatballs to help them brown while baking.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Carefully remove the meatballs from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
