Ingredients

2 cups cooked turkey, shredded

1/2 cup cranberry sauce

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

Egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Unroll both packages of crescent roll dough and separate them into triangles.

On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange the triangles in a circle with the wide ends overlapping in the center and the points facing outward, leaving a gap in the middle.

Spoon the turkey and cranberry mixture evenly over the wide ends of the crescent triangles around the circle.

Fold the points of the triangles over the filling, tucking them underneath the dough to secure the filling inside.

Brush the top with the egg wash to give it a golden sheen.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into wedges.
