Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
In another bowl, mix warm water and olive oil. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients.
Add chopped rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, and onion powder into the bowl and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it's smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Once risen, punch down the dough and pinch off small pieces (about the size of a walnut).
Roll these pieces into balls and dip each ball in melted butter, then roll them in Parmesan cheese.
Layer the dough balls in a greased bundt pan, arranging them randomly. Leave some space for expansion.
Let the assembled monkey bread rise for about 30 minutes, then bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then carefully invert onto a serving plate.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, directly from the pan, with additional melted butter on the side for dipping.
