2 cups cheese tortellini

8 oz ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Tortellini: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking until they soften and begin to caramelize, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

      Cook the Steak: Increase the heat to medium-high and push the vegetables to one side of the skillet. In the cleared space, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper.

        Make the Sauce: Lower the heat back to medium. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually stir in the shredded provolone cheese until melted and creamy.

          Combine: Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, tossing everything together until the tortellini is coated in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through.
