Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and mixed berries. Sprinkle a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup over them, and let them sit for about 10-15 minutes to release their juices.

Once the berries are softened, transfer them to a blender or food processor. Add the Greek yogurt, remaining honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. You can leave some small berry chunks if you prefer a bit of texture.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup.

Pour the mixture into a suitable container and spread it out evenly.

Cover the container and freeze for about 4-6 hours, or until fully set.

Before serving, allow the frozen yogurt to sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes. This will make it easier to scoop.

Serve the frozen yogurt in bowls or cones, and garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of crushed nuts if desired.

                  Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 4-6

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the frozen yogurt in chilled bowls, topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey for an eye-catching dessert. Consider using mint leaves for a pop of color!
