1 cup brewed hibiscus tea

½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

¼ cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (optional, for iced version)

Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

In a small saucepan, bring the brewed hibiscus tea to a gentle simmer, allowing it to steep for an additional 5 minutes to enhance the flavor.

    In a blender, combine fresh raspberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth to make a raspberry puree.

      Strain the raspberry puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds, if desired. This will give a smoother texture.

        In another saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Froth the milk using a milk frother or whisk until creamy and lightly foamy.

          To assemble your latte, pour the strained raspberry puree into a serving glass.

            Add the hot hibiscus tea over the raspberry puree, mixing gently to combine the flavors.

              Finally, pour the frothed milk over the tea mixture, allowing it to create a beautiful layered effect.
