Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon almond extract

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup fresh raspberries, gently crushed

1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.

Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the cream mixture, mixing until well incorporated.

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.

Gently fold in the crushed raspberries and white chocolate chips (if using) into the cookie dough, being careful not to overwork the raspberries.

Using a tablespoon, drop rounded balls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centers appear set.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, dust the cookies lightly with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.

Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 24 cookies

                      - Presentation Tips: Arrange the cookies on a tiered dessert stand, and serve with fresh raspberries scattered around for garnish. A drizzle of white chocolate over the cookies can enhance the aesthetic and add flavor.
