Ingredients

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning mix, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them skin-side up in a roasting pan.

Brush the ranch mixture generously over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well-coated.

Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.

Once cooked, remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the chicken thighs on a platter, drizzled with any remaining sauce from the roasting pan, and add lemon wedges for a pop of color. Pair with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
