Ingredients
  

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

Flour, for dusting

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

      Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

        Place pepperoni slices evenly across the cheese layer, then sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, oregano, and garlic powder on top.

          Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough tightly into a log shape. Ensure the filling stays inside as you roll.

            Once fully rolled, pinch the edges to seal the dough. Cut the log into 1-inch thick rolls, about 8-10 pieces.

              Place each roll cut side up on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.

                Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil for a nice golden finish.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

                    Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving with warm pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
