Ingredients

2 cups milk (or dairy-free alternative)

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/4 cup raspberry puree (fresh or frozen raspberries blended)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon pink sea salt

Whipped cream, for topping

Pink sprinkles, for garnish

Fresh raspberries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until gently simmering, being careful not to let it boil.

Add the white chocolate chips to the heated milk, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.

Stir in the raspberry puree, vanilla extract, and pink sea salt. Mix until fully combined and the hot chocolate takes on a beautiful pink hue.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the pink hot chocolate cool slightly.

Pour the pink hot chocolate into mugs, filling them about three-quarters full.

Top generously with whipped cream, then sprinkle with pink sprinkles for a fun touch.

If desired, garnish with a few fresh raspberries on top of the whipped cream for an extra pop of color and flavor.
