Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Original Biscuits

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit into a small disc with your hands.

Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese in the center of each disc.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese filling, pinching to seal and form a ball.

Dip each cheese-filled biscuit ball into the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

Place the garlic butter-coated biscuit balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the tops of the biscuits.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped parsley for an added touch.
