Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Refrigerated Biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons minced garlic (fresh or jarred)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Take each biscuit from the tube and flatten it gently with your hands on a clean surface or cutting board.

In the center of each flattened biscuit, place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese. Top with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Gather the edges of the biscuit and pinch them together at the top to seal the cheese inside, rolling it into a ball. Place seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet.

Once all biscuits are filled and placed on the sheet, brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of each biscuit bomb.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top for extra flavor.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8
