Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

4 large dill pickles, drained and patted dry

4 large flour tortillas

4 ounces sliced deli ham (or turkey)

4 ounces sliced cheddar cheese

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Begin by spreading 2 ounces of softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla, ensuring the entire surface is covered for a great flavor in every bite.

Next, layer slices of deli ham on top of the cream cheese, covering the entire tortilla.

On top of the ham, lay down slices of cheddar cheese evenly. If using, sprinkle fresh dill over the cheese layer for an added herbaceous flavor.

Now, take one dill pickle and place it at the edge of the tortilla. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly around the pickle.

Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the roll-up into bite-sized pieces, about 1 inch thick.

Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients, using the rest of the tortillas, cream cheese, ham, cheese, and pickles.

For a finishing touch, drizzled lightly with Dijon mustard for an extra kick just before serving.

Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 25 min | Servings: 4 (2–3 rolls per serving)

                  - Presentation Tips: Arrange the roll-ups on a platter and garnish with fresh dill sprigs. You can also drizzle some additional Dijon mustard around the platter for dipping. Enjoy!
