Ingredients

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup thinly sliced sirloin steak

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 small green bell pepper, finely chopped

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional: fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cook the Steak: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the thinly sliced sirloin steak, chopped onion, and green bell pepper. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the steak is fully cooked and vegetables are tender. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and remove from heat.

Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle. Cut the dough into 6-8 equal strips (about 2 inches wide).

Assemble the Breadsticks: On one half of each dough strip, place a generous spoonful of the steak and veggie mixture. Top with a sprinkle of provolone and mozzarella cheese. Fold the other half of the dough over to create a pocket and press the edges to seal.

Apply Egg Wash: Brush the tops of the stuffed breadsticks with the beaten egg for a golden finish.

Bake: Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Optionally, garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color.

                - Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 6-8 breadsticks

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve warm with a side of marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Arrange on a rustic wooden board for a casual, inviting look.
