Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, and yellow)

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

1/2 cup deli meats (turkey, ham, or chicken), thinly sliced

1/4 cup chopped olives (black or green)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) for extra flavor

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well blended.

Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.

Evenly distribute a quarter of the diced bell peppers, shredded carrots, green onions, deli meats, and chopped olives over the cream cheese layer. If using, sprinkle some shredded cheese on top for an extra cheesy kick.

Starting from one edge of the tortilla, carefully roll it up tightly to form a log. Make sure to keep the filling inside as you roll.

Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the log into bite-sized pieces, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and filling.

Arrange the sliced rolls on a serving platter. Optionally, serve with dipping options such as ranch dressing, salsa, or guacamole.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes | Servings: Makes about 24 bite-sized rolls

                - Presentation Tips: Arrange the rolls in a circular pattern on a large platter, and garnish the center with a small bowl of your favorite dip. For a festive touch, sprinkle some fresh parsley or cilantro on top.
