1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Cooking spray

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Marinate the Chicken: Start by placing the chicken pieces in a bowl and pouring the buttermilk over them. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight for best results).

    Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
