2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 ounces egg noodles

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup spinach leaves

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    Cook the Noodles: In the same skillet, add the egg noodles and pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes, until they are al dente.

      Make the Sauce: Once the noodles are cooked, add the remaining 3 tablespoons of butter, minced garlic, and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir well to combine and allow the sauce to heat and thicken slightly.

        Add Spinach: Gently fold in the spinach leaves and let them wilt into the sauce for about 1-2 minutes.

          Combine Everything: Slice the cooked chicken into strips and return it to the skillet. Toss the chicken in the creamy garlic butter sauce and ensure everything is evenly coated. Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper as needed.
