4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup egg noodles

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 cup frozen peas

Instructions
 

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

    Once the oil is hot, add the chicken thighs to the skillet. Sear for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Add the egg noodles and stir to combine.

        Reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid. Cook for about 7-8 minutes, or until the noodles are tender and have absorbed most of the broth, stirring occasionally.

          While the noodles are cooking, chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.

            Once the noodles are cooked, add the butter and stir until melted and evenly distributed. Fold in the frozen peas and chopped chicken, mixing until everything is warm.

              Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

                Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
