Ingredients

4 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups milk (cold)

1 ½ cups crushed Nilla wafers (plus extra for topping)

½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, cold milk, and instant pudding mix. Whisk together until smooth and well blended. Allow it to set for about 5 minutes until thickened.

In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the vanilla extract and optional cinnamon. Combine this whipped cream with the pudding mixture, stirring carefully to maintain the light and airy texture.

In a 9x13 inch dish (or a trifle bowl for a fancier presentation), layer half of the crushed Nilla wafers on the bottom.

Next, add a layer of sliced bananas over the wafers, followed by a layer of the pudding mixture.

Repeat the layering process with the remaining Nilla wafers, bananas, and pudding mixture.

Top the final layer with additional crushed Nilla wafers for crunch and garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color. Let it chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld.

Prep Time: 30 minutes | Total Time: 2.5 hours (including chilling) | Servings: 8-10

                - Presentation Tips: For a stunning display, serve in individual cups or glasses, layering the ingredients for a beautiful visual effect. Top with an extra slice of banana and mint leaf on each serving.
