Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy cream

¼ cup chocolate chips (for garnish)

Chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and cocoa powder. Pour in the melted butter and mix until fully combined and crumbly.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Use the back of a measuring cup or your hands to ensure it's packed well. Place in the refrigerator to set for about 30 minutes.

In a separate large bowl, beat the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, being careful not to deflate the cream.

Pour the peanut butter filling into the cold graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.

Before serving, sprinkle the top with chocolate chips and chopped peanuts for added texture and flavor.
