Ingredients

1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/4 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed for best flavor)

1 teaspoon orange zest

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup white chocolate chips

Orange sprinkles (for coating)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla wafer crumbs and powdered sugar, whisking them to mix thoroughly.

Add the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter to the bowl. Using an electric mixer, blend until the mixture is creamy and smooth.

Pour in the fresh orange juice, orange zest, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well combined and the mixture is homogenous.

Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until fully melted and smooth.

Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated, then gently shake off any excess chocolate.

While the truffles are still wet, roll them in orange sprinkles for a fun and festive touch.

Once all truffles are coated, refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Serve chilled or at room temperature, and enjoy your delightful No Bake Orange Creamsicle Truffles!
