Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups heavy whipping cream

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup banana pudding mix (instant)

2 cups milk

Whipped cream (for topping)

Additional banana slices (for garnish)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being gentle to maintain the lightness.

In another bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and milk until it thickens (about 2 minutes). Once thickened, gently fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.

Layer half of the sliced bananas evenly over the chilled crust in the springform pan. Pour half of the banana cheesecake filling over the bananas and spread it out evenly.

Add another layer of sliced bananas, followed by the remaining cheesecake filling. Smooth the top gently with a spatula.

Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results, allowing it to set completely.

Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional banana slices for a beautiful presentation.
