Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

⅓ cup granulated sugar

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)

2 cups cold whole milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Shaved chocolate or toasted coconut for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are well coated and resemble wet sand.

Form Pie Crusts: Divide the crust mixture evenly into 6 small pie dishes or ramekins. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the filling.

Make the Pudding Filling: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Add the vanilla extract and continue whisking for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.

Assemble the Pies: Remove the crusts from the refrigerator. Layer the sliced bananas evenly across the crusts. Pour the vanilla pudding over the bananas, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Prepare the Whipped Cream: In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.

Top the Pies: Spoon the whipped cream over the pudding layer, spreading it to cover evenly.

Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the assembled pies for at least 2 hours to allow them to set properly. Before serving, garnish with shaved chocolate or toasted coconut, if desired.

                Prep Time: 30 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours 30 minutes | Servings: 6

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the pies with a dollop of additional whipped cream on top and a sprinkle of chocolate or coconut for an appealing touch.
