Ingredients

2 cups cooked spaghetti

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)

1 cup diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1 cup creamy Alfredo sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Pasta: Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, diced bell peppers, diced tomatoes, black olives, green onions, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Grease a baking dish (approximately 9x13 inches) with olive oil. Pour the spaghetti mixture into the dish, spreading it out evenly.

Top with Breadcrumbs: If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top of the spaghetti mixture for added crunch.

Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions or a sprinkle of parsley if desired.
