1 cup crushed graham crackers

4 tablespoons melted butter

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup praline pecans, finely chopped

12 mini ice cream cones

Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Mix well until the mixture resembles wet sand.

      Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 5-7 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool.

        In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to mix until well incorporated.

          Add the vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.

            In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.

              Take the cooled graham cracker mixture and sprinkle a layer of it into the bottom of each mini cone to create a crust.

                Using a piping bag or a spoon, fill each mini cone with the cheesecake mixture, packing it down gently.

                  Top each cheesecake cone with a sprinkle of chopped praline pecans.

                    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake to firm up before serving.

                      For additional flair, garnish with fresh berries just before serving, if desired.
