Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1 cup breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup milk

1 cup marinara sauce (for topping)

Extra Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, parsley, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Gradually add the milk to the mixture, stirring until all ingredients are well combined and form a moist mixture.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared loaf pan, pressing down gently to shape it evenly.

Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf, covering it completely.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Once cooked, remove the meatloaf from the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

For a touch of extra flavor, sprinkle additional grated Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.

Slice the meatloaf into thick pieces and serve with your favorite side dishes or a fresh salad.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 10 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the meatloaf slices on a rustic wooden platter, garnished with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and a side of steaming broccoli or a mixed green salad for a pop of color.
