Ingredients

3 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust for sweetness)

1 tablespoon lime juice

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Place the chopped mangoes in a blender or food processor.

Add the coconut milk, granulated sugar, lime juice, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.

Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with more sugar if desired; blend again to combine.

Pour the mango mixture into a shallow container and smooth the top with a spatula.

Cover the container and place it in the freezer for about 4-5 hours or until the sorbet is firm.

Once frozen, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes to soften slightly before serving.

Use an ice cream scoop or a spoon to scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 4-5 hours (freezing time) | Servings: 4-6

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve with fresh mint leaves or a slice of lime on top for an extra touch of freshness. Garnish with diced mango for added texture and color.
