1 cup dragonfruit (pitaya), peeled and diced

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

2 cups coconut water

1 tablespoon agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the diced dragonfruit, diced mango, coconut water, lime juice, and agave syrup (if using).

    Blend on high until smooth and well combined, about 30-60 seconds.

      Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness with additional agave syrup if desired.

        Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the blended mixture over the ice.

          Stir gently to combine and chill the mixture evenly.

            Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves for an aromatic finish.
