Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup dill pickles, sliced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon sugar-free ketchup

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sugar-free ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and paprika. Whisk until creamy and smooth to create the dressing.

In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced dill pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Top the salad with the cooked ground beef evenly distributed over it.

Drizzle the prepared dressing across the salad and toss gently to combine.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary with additional salt and pepper.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the salad in individual bowls, topping each with extra pickles and a sprinkle of paprika for added color. For a fun touch, you can place additional sauce in small ramekins on the side for dipping.
