Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons onion powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 counts)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round disk with your hands or a rolling pin.

Take a small amount of the beef mixture (about 1 to 2 tablespoons) and place it in the center of each flattened biscuit.

Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal tightly into a ball shape.

Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of each bomb with olive oil and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are cooked through.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a couple of minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
