Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup garlic butter (melted)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter on a lightly floured surface.

Place about 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture in the center of each biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling, pinching them together to seal. Roll them into a ball shape and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush the tops of the bombs generously with the melted garlic butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Once out of the oven, brush with any remaining garlic butter and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
