Ingredients

1 large flour tortilla

1 pound ground beef

6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup red onion, diced

1/2 cup pickles, chopped

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh lettuce leaves (for crunch)

Optional: hot sauce for an extra kick

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Season the Beef: Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes to deepen the flavor.

Prepare the Tortilla: Warm the large flour tortilla in a microwave or on a hot skillet for about 10-15 seconds on each side to make it more pliable.

Layer the Ingredients: On the warm tortilla, spread a generous layer of ketchup and mustard. Add a layer of cooked beef, followed by crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, diced onion, and chopped pickles.

Add Fresh Crunch: Place a few fresh lettuce leaves on top for an added crunch.

Wrap It Up: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose all the fillings.

Grill the Burrito: Heat the skillet over medium heat. Place the burrito seam-side down on the skillet and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.

Slice and Serve: Once grilled, remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing in half to reveal the delicious fillings.

                  Prep Time: 15 min | Total Time: 30 min | Servings: 2

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the burrito wrapped in parchment paper for a rustic touch, paired with extra pickles and a small bowl of hot sauce on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
