Ingredients

2 pounds chicken wings

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons truffle oil

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Red pepper flakes (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

Spread the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through until they are golden brown and crispy.

While the wings are baking, prepare the garlic-parmesan sauce. In a small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons of truffle oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).

Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully combined. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and immediately pour the garlic-Parmesan sauce over the wings, tossing to ensure they are well coated.

Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of truffle oil over the wings and sprinkle with chopped parsley and red pepper flakes for an extra kick.

Serve the wings hot with extra Parmesan cheese on the side if desired.
