In a large bowl, combine the honey, Sriracha sauce, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss them in the honey Sriracha mixture until they are evenly coated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are tender and caramelized, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
Once cooked, remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
