4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 2 limes

Zest of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, minced garlic, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.

      Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides and place them skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.
